Because it is a new quarter that means that P&G everyday is out with their new free samples and coupons. Just head over here and then click on "Coupons and Samples" and then "By Mail", as shown below.
You will have to login to your account. If you don't have one it is super simple to sign up.
Then once you get to the "By Mail" page you can select the samples and coupons that you want to receive.

As you scroll down you can also select some coupons you can receive. Each new quarter they put up new offers. Then just click submit and verify your address and you'll receive the following confirmation message:
We appreciate your interest in trying products from P&G. Your order is being processed and should arrive within the next four to six weeks. P&G everyday™ allows one order request per household address per quarter. Ordering periods are generally between January 1 and March 31, April 1 and June 30, July 1 and September 30, and October 1 and December 31. Sample and coupon selections change throughout the year.
